The Games are over and we are back at work as usual. All the Tmr centers are open as well.

Waiting time for the first available  driving test is about 30 days.  Just as it used to be.

In other words book early. Your  logbook dose not have to be approved to book a driving test, but needs to approved by the time you have your driving test.
